Flights Orbit (www.flightsorbit.com) acts strictly as a facilitator. Whether B2B or B2C, your contract for carriage is with the Airline, and your contract for stay is with the Hotel. We do not own planes; we do not own hotels. If they fail, we are not your insurance policy.
• Zero Price Guarantee: Fares are dynamic. A fare is NOT "locked" when it is in your cart or at the payment gateway. A contract is only formed once a Ticket Number or Booking ID is generated.
• Erroneous Fares: In the event of a GDS "tech glitch" showing $0 or clearly erroneous fares, Flights Orbit reserves the unilateral right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund without further liability.
• Taxes: Any post-booking increase in government taxes or fuel surcharges is the sole responsibility of the User/Agent.
• To protect our GDS credentials, any Agent found doing the following will have their wallet frozen:
• Churning: Repeatedly canceling and re-booking to extend time limits.
• Speculative Bookings: Holding seats with fake names (e.g., "Test/Test") or without intent to fly.
• Hidden City/Point-Beyond: Booking A-B-C and getting off at B to save money.
• ADM Liability: Any Agency Debit Memo (ADM) issued by an airline due to an Agent’s mistake (wrong age, fake name, fare manipulation) will be deducted from the Agent’s wallet immediately, even if it occurs 6 months post-travel.
• Flights Orbit is not a visa consultancy. Possession of a valid Passport (6-month validity), Transit Visas, and Health Declarations is 100% the User’s responsibility. Failure to board due to lack of documents results in a "No-Show," and no refund will be entertained.
