Business Data: GST/VAT, IATA/Non-IATA credentials, and Director details for B2B agents.
Passenger Data: Passport numbers, DOBs, and contact info.
Financial Data: We use PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store CVVs or 3D-Secure passwords.

2. Data Sharing (The Fraud Guard) We share data with:

• Airlines/Hotels: To fulfill your booking.

• Fraud Prevention: If we detect "Card Not Present" fraud or "Stolen Card" usage, we will proactively share your IP address, PNR history, and Business Profile with the Cyber Cell and Law Enforcement.

3. Account Deletion

• Users may request account deletion via support@flightsorbit.com. However, under Indian Tax Law and Aviation Regulations, we are required to retain transaction records for a period of 7 years.
