Flights Orbit (www.flightsorbit.com) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract or tort, arising out of the performance or non-performance of any Airline, Hotel, or Tour Operator.

• In the event of Airline Insolvency (e.g., airline goes bankrupt), Flights Orbit is not liable to refund the money if the funds are already with the airline. The User/Agent must file a claim with the official liquidator of the airline.
