We follow Airline/Hotel rules, not "customer emotions."
• B2B/B2C refunds are only processed after Flights Orbit receives the funds from the provider. This typically takes 30 to 90 business days. We do not "advance" or "pre-fund" refunds.
• The Convenience Fee and Service Fee charged at the time of booking are for the act of facilitation, which is completed once the ticket is issued. These are never refundable.
• If a passenger is a "No-Show," the ticket usually loses all value. Any refund request for a no-show will be rejected unless the airline's specific fare class allows it.
• Tickets may be voided within the airline-specified window for a flat fee of INR 500 per segment plus airline charges. Once the window closes, standard cancellation penalties apply.
